I’m going to talk about something I’m basically obsessed with- print on print. This has been a favourite trend of mine since I was in college, in fact my graduating collection was all about print clashing and the pants are from that show. I don’t care what anyone says, there is a way to rock this trend season after season, year after year. The beauty of this trend is its versatility, you can pair geometric prints, florals, graphic prints, paisley, colour block, monotones, block prints… basically anything you want. Many people shy away from this style of dressing because it can be daunting, but you’ll be seeing lots of it on my blog. I find myself unusually drawn to prints, they seem to project all the wild, colourful, weird things going on in my head 🙂
In my look, Ive paired a teal paisley print TopShop bomber jacket with an aqua Victoria’s Secret bikini top, the pants are from my graduating collection, and also feature paisley in a more neutral palette. So in this case Ive done a few things to make sure my outfit doesn’t clash:
